Typical timelines

• Animated portrait: 3–7 days.
• Tribute video: 2–4 weeks.
• Private conversational avatar: 4–8 weeks.
• Event/hologram: 6–12 weeks.

Rights ownership

Clients retain rights to their archives and final deliverables. We hold a technical licence limited to the project duration. Public use is contract-based.

Data storage location

EU servers, encrypted with backups; deletion within 72 hours upon validated request.

Ability to stop the avatar later

Yes — immediate deactivation and deletion of associated models/datasets, with an audit log provided.

What we refuse

• Impersonation.
• Political or commercial uses without family consent.
• Hateful or sensitive content.
• Projects without clear consent.
