Our methodology and technology stack for ethical, secure memorial experiences.

Five-Step Methodology

  1. Frame & Consent — identify heirs and obtain written consent, define usage scope, include stop and deletion clauses.
  2. Collect & Curate — secure transfer of archives (photos, videos, writings, voice), sorting, cleaning, dating, and indexing.
  3. Training & Design — visual training with Flux Dev, VEO2, Krea and StableSwarmUI (LoRA/DreamBooth when appropriate); voice cloning with ElevenLabs; music with Suno; storyboards and ethical prompts; multiple tests.
  4. Creation & Validation — share interim versions for feedback; two rounds of revisions.
  5. Delivery & Support — provide final videos, avatars and microsite, documentation, and care plans for hosting and maintenance.

  • Storage: AWS/S3-compatible EU storage.

Avatars are AI simulations, not the real person. We disclose limitations and avoid misleading or impersonation uses.
