What does “digital resurrection” mean at Nexvita?
It is a descriptive term for an artistic or interactive representation created from archives. It does not mean the person has returned, has consciousness or continues to exist. Synthetic voices and scenes are identified as such.
Who can prepare their own digital memory?
Any person able to give explicit consent can scope a project, name beneficiaries, define activation rules and withdraw approval before the planned implementation.
Who can request a tribute after a death?
The commissioner must establish their identity and authority or provide the necessary family agreement. Archive provenance and rights are checked before creation.
Which archives are useful?
Photographs, videos, writing, compositions, voice recordings and verified biographical points. The public form is not used to send them; a suitable transfer is arranged later.
Is a synthetic voice the person’s real voice?
No. It may reproduce some acoustic traits from authorised samples, but it remains a synthesis. It is never described as a new recording of the person.
What are the indicative timelines?
A living portrait generally takes 3–7 business days, a film 2–4 weeks, and a family legacy or private presence about 4–8 weeks after usable archives and rights approval are received.
Can an experience be stopped or deleted?
Yes, under the instructions and responsibilities defined in the contract. A challenge can trigger suspension; export, public withdrawal and deletion arrangements are decided before delivery.
Where is data stored?
Location, providers, access and duration are documented for each project when confirmed. On the public site, forms use Netlify and the five films use Cloudflare Stream.
Does Nexvita help people grieve?
Nexvita makes no therapeutic promise. It is a creative and memorial service, separate from medical or psychological support.
