Controller and contact

Nexvita processes enquiries received through nexvita.life. For access, correction, objection or deletion questions, email hello@nexvita.life. The operator must still provide the controller’s complete legal identity in the legal notice.

Form data

The form collects name, email, optional phone, country, language, request type, intended access, timeline, optional budget and message. Campaign parameters, landing page and referring domain may be attached to identify the commercial source of the enquiry.

Do not submit photographs, voices, private archives, medical data or sensitive information in this form.

Purposes and measures

• Qualify and answer the enquiry.
• Prepare a conversation or quote at your request.
• Limit spam with a honeypot, time check, browser validation and server validation.
• Do not send form data to advertising platforms.

Providers and recipients

The form is processed by Netlify Forms. People responsible for replying on behalf of Nexvita access the enquiry. Public films use Cloudflare Stream when thumbnails display and the player only after selection. Calendly receives data only if you open its service.

Retention

Enquiries that do not proceed are intended to be deleted no later than 24 months after the last exchange. A contract, legal obligation or dispute may require a different period documented for the project.

Project archives follow a written inventory, access rules and deletion date. No storage location is promised before it is verified for the project.

Your choices and rights

You may request a copy, correction, restriction, objection or deletion by emailing hello@nexvita.life. Proportionate identity verification may be required so data is not disclosed to another person.

Consent to be contacted can be withdrawn. Consequences for an existing contracted project depend on agreed and applicable obligations.
