The hello@nexvita.life address is used because no separate, verifiable DPO address is configured. It also receives data-related enquiries.

Legal identification to complete

The legal form, publisher address, registration number and publication director cannot be verified from the website repository. The operator must provide and add this information before any direct online contracting. Nexvita does not invent legal details.

Hosting and delivery

The website is deployed on Netlify. The five public films in the Dilara case study are delivered through Cloudflare Stream. Meetings use an external Calendly link that loads only after it is selected.

Intellectual property

Site text, structure and visual identity may not be reused without permission. Original works, photographs, poems, compositions and archives remain attributed to their authors or rights holders.

On the Dilara page, original sources and Gianni Angelini’s creative or technical contributions are distinguished film by film. Any new commercial use of archives remains subject to the necessary permissions.
