Every AI-assisted or generated voice, image, scene or text is disclosed in the deliverable and its documentation.
Nexvita does not reduce its approach to a phrase such as “GDPR compliant”. Each project documents the applicable rights, purpose, access, providers, retention and deletion measures.

An avatar is never presented as the real person. Nexvita refuses impersonation and deceptive uses.
Responses remain within the approved corpus and boundaries. No new opinion is attributed to the person.
Versions, credits and permissions are approved by named people, and those decisions are recorded.
A challenge triggers review and, where the project or situation requires it, suspension of access.
No political or commercial use of archives is accepted without specific, verifiable authorisation.
The person chooses recordings, beneficiaries, post-death activation conditions and what the representation may or may not express. They may withdraw consent before activation and give retention or deletion instructions.
The requester must establish identity and authority. Archives are inventoried with provenance and uses approved in writing. In case of a serious disagreement, Nexvita may suspend the project or its publication while the challenge is reviewed.
Collection is limited to the project. Authorised people, transfer methods, retention period and deletion date are recorded in the agreement. Actual storage location and providers are stated project by project when confirmed; the public site uses Netlify for the form and Cloudflare Stream for films.
